In pursuit of user-friendliness, JOGGO focuses on functionality and design, such as the size of the pockets and the position of the engraving.

The sewing is defined as 3.5 stitches per cm, which means that the stitches are evenly spaced, making the process sturdy, difficult to untie and highly durable. The sewing machines used vary according to the production process. The most skilled craftsmen are responsible for the finishing touches.

The threads used are Ace Crown, a top-quality sewing thread with high strength, moderate elongation and outstanding fastness, & Vinimo, which is not resin-coated, has a beautiful sheen, excellent smoothness and a reputation for strength & suppleness. This thread is another important material for the high durability of JOGGO leather goods & small leather goods.

To make your gift even more thoughtful, our craftsmen hand-engrave each item individually and with care. The maximum number of characters is 12. Each colour and leather gives a different impression, so please take a look at the samples and choose the one you like best. Available characters: single-byte alphanumeric capital letters (A-Z 0-9), some symbols (. , & -)

JOGGO carries out a total of four inspections. During production and before shipment, a separate inspection team inspects the leather products before they are sent out. Once in Indonesia, the Indonesian team inspects the products on arrival and before dispatch according to JOGGO's Japanese standards.
